1)Location: 10mins by walking from ChuanMeiDaXue (Communications University of China) subway on BaTong Line ( extension of Line 1, just two stops from SiHui) in the east of Beijing, which is 20mins from GuoMao/CBD taking subway, there are many buses go to different places of Beijing, very convenient.

2)Apartment: The building was established this year and the apartment is totally new furnished. It has two bedrooms. The whole apartment is 100 square meters. You can choose to rent the whole apartment, or just one room. Both rooms can hold two people. New furnished, clean, 24 hours hot water, 24 hours unlimited wireless internet.

3)Rent: If you rent for more than three months, the whole apartment, it is 3500 Yuan for the whole apartment. If you just rent one room, the bigger room is 2000 Yuan/month, the smaller room is 1800 Yuan/month. If you rent for two or three months, it is 200 Yuan more for each room. If you just rent for one month, it is 2500 Yuan/month for the bigger room, 2300 Yuan/month for the smaller room. Whether you want to rent for less than three months or more than three months, you can always pay me month by month, one month renting fee as deposit. You can move out anytime. Just need to let me know three weeks before, which gives you flexibility. Before you go, you have to clean up the room and make it as clean as when you move in. After we check the room, if everything is ok, we will give you the deposit back. I am the landlord. So you do not need to pay any agent fee. If you rent it for less than one month, you can pay day by day. It is 110 Yuan/day for the bigger room, 100 Yuan/day for the smaller room. 200 Yuan as deposit.

4)Service: I can speak good English. So if you need any help in your daily life, you can always let me know. I m also a job agent for foreigners, so if you need a job, I can also help you to find a suitable job.
